Hedsom Encapsulated wood core raise floor (bare finish OA600)

Product consist       

    The core of is E1 grade high quality particle board or Medium density fiber board. The calcium sulphae core will be encapsulated by galvanized steel sheet in six sides, which will be folded in the edges. There are four Corner locks on four Corners. The stringer  is molded with steel, and the pedestal rod can adjust the height arbitrarily.

    Wood core raised floor has two kinds of installation , with stringer or without stringer. Without stringer structure, the pedestal  must be fixed on the ground by glue .The center position of pedestal should be marking on the ground before installation. With stringer structure ,The stringers are connected with each other through pedestals. The perimeter pedestal closed to wall or edge also needs to be fixed with glue.
